Stratum100 is led globally by our CEO Tanya Verma. She has a wealth of expertise working with clients and candidates in the UK, Europe, North America and India.
Tanya’s sector expertise includes Information Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life sciences, Hedge Funds, Media/ Entertainment etc. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Genetics from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Economics from the London School of Economics. She is an inspiring and persuasive leader guiding a team of experts having immense experience in the recruitment industry.

Ranjit Chadha

Senior Vice President

Ranjit heads the RPO and lateral hiring division at Stratum100. He graduated from Purdue university with a BSc in industrial Engineering. He has extensive experience leading teams in Engineering, Technology and Luxury Fashion brands At senior Management positions across EMEA.
